I am currently taking new clients for 2024-2025! Please reach out to schedule an initial meeting by leaving your name and email, along with your pronouns, the current timing of your pregnancy, and any other information that you would feel is helpful to share. 

After a consultation is done via phone or zoom, you will receive my intake form via email which allows me to gain more information on your medical and emotional history while also getting to hear transparency and communicative responses about your pregnancy which helps to move forward in scheduling a prenatal appointment.

I am here to create an inclusive and joyful experience for all and would be happy to share other resources or recommendations, even if we do not end up doing birth work together! This form is open to all with any inquiries or comments.
